The Early Childhood and Parenting (ECAP) Collaborative at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign was awarded the contract to operate the Illinois Early Intervention Clearinghouse on August 1, 2009. The transition of the EI Clearinghouse from the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) in Springfield to ECAP in Champaign is now underway.

We’re missing many videos and books from our collection, including videos approved for credentialing credit that providers frequently request.

Do you have any checked-out materials that you didn’t know how to return to us during our transition?

You can now return these items to us through any public library in Illinois. Just ask the librarian to use the delivery code QNN-LTLS.
